You will be a member of the Customer Application Support team and part of a worldwide technical community providing premium pre and post sales technical support to NXP customers and their projects. You drive design-in activity at customer sites in close cooperation with the regional NXP support and sales teams; you provide technical skills & support to NXP’s sales staff and will liaise with the NXP technical community about technical issues and future roadmap of your customer(s).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive technical support and solution engineering for customers

  • Support customers remotely and on site

  • Offer technical consulting and guidance during customers’ system definition phase

  • Support technical design-in activities and lead customer projects

  • Deliver technical product and solution training to customers

  • Create application notes and technical support materials

  • Contribute engineering support during product development

  • Share customer feedback to help shape next-generation products

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field

  • Proficiency in C and C++ programming

  • Python and Linux knowledge is an advantage

  • Basic understanding of microcontrollers

  • Ability to work effectively in a global team environment

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for customer support and training
