Owns the semiconductor test program and serves as the local technical expert. Drives improvements in test cost, coverage, yield, flexibility, efficiency, and platform transfers. Debugs customer returns and production issues on ATE, identifies root causes, and develops test solutions. Collaborates with business and product engineering teams to deliver manufacturable products, release test programs and hardware, and execute test-house transfers or new platform conversions.

Own semiconductor product technical performance, driving manufacturing cost reduction, yield improvement, quality enhancement, defect reduction, manufacturability improvements, and test efficiency. Partner with business, test engineering, fabs, assembly facilities, and test houses to develop manufacturable products, release test programs, support process transfers, and enable volume ramp-up while meeting cost, quality, schedule, and business objectives.

Owns product technical performance across manufacturing, quality, cost, manufacturability, and testing. Drives yield improvement, cost-of-non-quality reduction, defect prevention, complaint root-cause analysis, test efficiency, and manufacturability enhancements. Collaborates with business, test engineering, fabs, assembly partners, and test houses to release test programs, transfer processes, ramp production, and deliver high-quality products on schedule and within cost targets.

Sustain automated optical inspection processes, support new product introduction, investigate AOI failures, and improve yield, quality, productivity, and cost. Manage process changes and documentation, revise controls and specifications, update work instructions, FMEAs, and control plans, and support audits. Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and electrical engineering teams on daily activities and improvement projects.
