The Director will lead architecture and development for NX Designer, focusing on cloud-based optimization systems, team management, and engineering excellence.

Analyze complex supply chain data to improve performance, monitor inventory, develop reports, and support key initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.

Support integration of new products into quoting processes by building logic-driven Excel quoting tools, documenting requirements, mapping data, and collaborating with Product, Sales, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain. Ensure CPQ/system readiness, testing, rollout, training, governance, and explore AI features to improve quoting accuracy and efficiency.

Perform electrical safety evaluations, pre-compliance testing, and certification support for electrical/electromechanical products. Review designs, coordinate with NRTLs, ensure global (North America, Europe, LATAM) regulatory compliance, prepare technical documentation, and support testing and inspections with occasional LATAM travel.

Design and validate multilayer high-voltage and high-current PCBs using Altium Designer. Perform signal and power integrity analysis, ensure creepage, clearance, thermal, EMI/EMC, and safety compliance, and create manufacturing documentation. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, component, and manufacturing engineers through prototyping, debugging, validation, and production release. Maintain Altium libraries, create components and design rules, and support fabrication and assembly activities.

Develops financial, commercial, and sales models; prepares quotations and proposals; manages Salesforce data, reporting, forecasts, and process improvements; analyzes sales performance, margins, win rates, market segments, and lead sources; and collaborates with sales, engineering, logistics, operations, product, marketing, and finance teams on deal strategy and customer needs.
