Oversee project managers and manage customer accounts from procurement to commissioning. Ensure safety, provide technical support, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Support system-level design and testing for solar tracker solutions: perform load calculations, FEA, simulation model development, failure analysis, CAD/CAE work, develop Matlab/Python design tools, assist field testing, and document results.

Provide administrative and operational support for a ~40-person team: coordinate meetings, travel, expenses, onboarding, field mobilizations and pile load testing logistics, track projects and trainings, support process improvements, events, and cross-functional coordination with engineering teams.

Lead PLM and ERP implementation, configuration, and integration efforts.
