Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Planning & Allocation Management
· Manage supplier allocations aligned with SO demand, delivery schedules, capacity & supplier agreements.
· Ensure timely release and confirmation of regular, supplemental, and additional sales order allocations.
· Analyze demand and supply signals to proactively identify gaps and act on recovery plan.
2. Capacity, Risk & Variance Management
· Evaluate forecast versus supplier capacity to identify supply risks and constraints.
· Drive timely resolution of BOM and supply variances to protect delivery timelines.
· Support capacity ramp-up and ramp-down scenarios, including new product introductions (NPI).
3. Supplier Management & Performance
· Act as the primary point of contact for assigned suppliers and coordinate actions with Procurement, Sourcing, NPI, Logistics, and Delivery Managers.
· Lead weekly supplier reviews to track material readiness, PO status, Capacity, Open issues
· Monitor and improve supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD) through performance metrics and reviews.
4. Systems, Data & Process Excellence
· Ensure accuracy and compliance of supplier and logistics data within planning systems (e.g., Anaplan).
· Support planning system enhancements, testing, and adoption to enable scalable supply planning.
· Drive continuous improvement and standardization of supply planning processes and tools.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Customer Focus
· Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
· Provide analytical insights, reporting, and updates to support decision-making.
· Contribute to team effectiveness through knowledge sharing, cross-coverage, and best-practice adoption
Here is some of what you’ll need (required)…
· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
· Minimum 7-10 years of experience in supply planning, preferably in the manufacturing industry
· Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices including MRP (Material planning)
· “GO GETTER” Attitude & takes ownership on closing the ends
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent MS EXCEL Skills

· Experience with planning methodologies (e.g., S&OP, Demand Planning, Strategic Planning).
