Lead global program management for Power & Mechanical Systems supply chain strategy, owning portfolio governance, execution cadence, and cross-functional delivery for NPI, factory ramps, supplier transitions, automation, VAVE/cost reduction, and strategic initiatives. Build and coach a global PM team, maintain executive reporting and dashboards, and ensure manufacturing readiness and predictable program execution across stakeholders and suppliers.

Manage sourcing activities including data analysis, data collection, issuing RFQs, and maintaining procurement data systems. Conduct negotiations, prepare reports/presentations, communicate with stakeholders, and work independently within multicultural teams to support clean energy project delivery.

Lead U.S. sourcing for steel foundations categories (tubes, frames, piers, structural components). Manage supplier selection, qualification, negotiations, performance, and cost-reduction. Partner cross-functionally to support NPI, production ramps, and risk mitigation. Monitor markets, execute RFQs, drive supplier improvements, and ensure sourcing compliance.

Lead and manage US-focused purchasing team: process requisitions and POs, ensure approvals and on-time receipt, maintain purchasing SOPs and documentation, support audits, resolve supplier payment issues, analyze purchasing data, train new hires, monitor team metrics and workloads, act as backup to Procurement Manager.

Lead transition of NPI test solutions into scalable high-volume production. Develop test architectures, drive DFT, optimize yield and cycle time, deploy/qualify standardized testers across global CMs, manage change control, maintenance, and reporting to improve FPY and production capacity.
