Manage customer billing, invoice generation, transaction reviews, revenue accounting support, reconciliations, reporting, and process improvements. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and SOX controls while maintaining billing data, resolving discrepancies, uploading documentation, and supporting accounting operations. Supervise ATM Claims Analysts to manage end-to-end armored carrier variance claims. Oversee claim preparation, approval, QA, reporting, root-cause analysis, and vendor escalation while driving process improvements and maintaining SLAs.

Support regional financial planning and analysis for recurring services revenue: manage reporting, forecast ACV, analyze trends and variances, review GL and billing, collaborate with controllership, sales ops, and customer success to improve forecast accuracy and revenue processes.
