Position Summary
The ATM Claims Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end claims process related to armored carrier variances. This role ensures timely investigation, accurate claim resolution, and proper documentation while leading a team of analysts. The supervisor works closely with internal reconciliation teams, armored vendors, and management to minimize losses and improve operational efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Team Oversight & Leadership
- Supervise daily workload of ATM Claims Analysts to ensure timely review and resolution of variances
- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members
- Monitor productivity, quality, and adherence to SLAs
- Claims Management
- Oversee review of reconciliation logs to identify shortage variances
- Ensure accurate preparation and submission of claim documentation to armored vendors
- Review and approve analyst findings on vendor responses and claim resolutions
- Escalate unresolved or complex claims as needed
- Process & Quality Control
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in claim validation and documentation
- Establish and maintain standardized processes for tracking claims and responses
- Perform quality assurance reviews on completed claims
- Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain reporting (claims trackers, aging reports, loss trends)
- Analyze patterns and identify root causes of variances
- Present findings and recommendations to management
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with reconciliation teams to validate variances and improve processes
- Communicate with armored vendors to resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Act as primary point of escalation for vendor-related issues
- Systems & Tools Oversight
- Ensure effective use of CORE, CATM-DC Pro/In-house Recon App, Device Manager, and Vendor Reporting tools
- Drive improvements in tracking workbooks and reporting dashboards (Excel)

Basic Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify trends and root causes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Access.
- Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, dashboards).
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage competing deadlines.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Enthusiastic team player, but also capable of working independently.
- Must be able to successfully pass all applicable background screening tests.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex findings to management and vendors.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or Finance.
- 2-4 Years of Banking, settlement, or reconciliation experience.
- Basic SQL skill and/or Python are a plus, but not required.
