The Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting Manager is responsible for preparing financial and SEC reporting and technical accounting memos. The role will provide technical accounting research and documentation for complex transactions and monitor and lead the implementation of new accounting standards. The manager will lead in preparing financial statements, footnote disclosures, and financial reporting packages for internal and external users. Collaboration with various teams is essential to provide guidance and analysis in developing effective accounting and reporting processes.

Prepare monthly financial information, assist with month-end closing, track daily work items, investigate inventory adjustments, support internal customers, and assist with special projects. Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required with 5+ years of experience in Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical companies.
