Anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the organization, serve as the point of contact for HR-related inquiries, establish professional relationships with leaders, manage disciplinary meetings and investigations, support employee performance reviews, facilitate training sessions, and partner with leadership for staffing needs.

Participate in client meetings, provide project scope, identify new project opportunities, conduct gap analysis, lead audits, develop and implement quality systems, manage client projects, support quality engineering, evaluate standards, and defend corporate quality rationale. Requires ISO 13485 knowledge and experience in quality systems management.
