Lead design, delivery, and optimisation of Kantar's Finance ERP landscape (primarily D365 F&O). Own architecture, drive implementations, manage vendors and stakeholders, ensure integrations, performance, compliance, and continuous improvement of ERP systems.

Own the vision, roadmap, backlog, lifecycle, and global operation of Kantar’s Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Sales platform. Partner with sales, marketing, technology, developers, operations, and vendors to translate business needs into product requirements, deliver integrations and enhancements, optimize workflows and automation, improve CRM data quality, and drive adoption of reporting and analytics. Lead CRM strategy and post-launch improvements using agile methodologies to increase operational efficiency, innovation, and client satisfaction.

Lead and deliver high-impact brand strategy and consulting engagements: design research approaches, manage projects and teams, analyze data, synthesize insights into recommendations, present to clients, mentor staff, and support business development and financial management.

Serve as liaison between clients and the business, manage quantitative research projects end-to-end including proposals, questionnaire design, data analysis, insights generation, presentations, cost monitoring, and team adherence to processes.

Support setup, testing, and deployment of online surveys; assist project management and quality control; monitor fieldwork and data quality; collaborate with consultants, data scientists, and operations; contribute to documentation and process improvements; learn about internal tools, automations, and AI-enabled research workflows.

Support holding and treasury financial reporting, prepare accounting entries and reconciliations, coordinate intercompany transactions, assist consolidation and audits, and maintain financial controls for group entities.

Manage client relationships and quantitative market research projects across brand, consumer, retail, product testing, usage and attitude, and pricing studies. Design research programs, develop questionnaires, interpret data, present evidence-based recommendations, manage account revenue and profitability, identify growth opportunities, and coach researchers while collaborating across teams.

Lead and grow Kantar's creative solutions and client partnerships in SEA. Drive commercial growth, design insight-driven creative solutions, manage major accounts, upskill teams, deliver financial targets, and champion Singapore as a regional creative hub.

Manages end-to-end Quote to Cash activities, including job management, billing, cash allocation, and revenue recognition. Applies finance policies, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and maintains performance and quality standards. The role requires financial operations experience, ERP knowledge, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with job accounting and straight-line revenue recognition. It also supports transformation initiatives and may require flexible work across geographic time zones during period-end periods.

Provides end-to-end quote-to-cash finance operations, including job management, billing, cash allocation, and adherence to group policies. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to meet quality and performance standards, supports financial reporting and operational processes, and applies job accounting and straight-line revenue recognition. The role requires ERP familiarity, advanced Excel skills, flexibility across time zones, and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
