Support laser drilling manufacturing by leading new product introduction readiness, transferring products into production, developing and validating processes, and improving production efficiency. Develop, commission, and support software integrated with industrial equipment; troubleshoot software and hardware; configure communication protocols; train customers and teams; ensure compliance and safety; provide on-site commissioning and field support.

Designs and delivers talent development programs across APAC, conducting needs analyses, collaborating with SMEs and HR partners, evaluating program effectiveness, and incorporating digital learning and LMS solutions. Supports training delivery, workshops, and continuous improvement of learning experiences.
