Manage global new product introduction initiatives aligned with strategic category plans and company goals. Responsible for full supply chain scope of NPI projects. Coordinate sourcing activities, drive NPI to align with global supply chain plans, determine target costs, support engineering on supplier selection.

Responsible for internal reporting, FP&A, and external reporting. Develops financial models, supports budgeting processes, and ensures compliance with financial reporting standards. Collaborates with stakeholders and drives efficiency in reporting processes.
