Hybrid role supporting Sales Operations and showroom activities: process orders, manage logistics and credit checks, maintain data accuracy across systems, produce ageing reports, coordinate inventory and showroom presentation, assist walk-in clients, and collaborate with Finance, Logistics, IT, and Sales leadership to streamline quoting and order processes.

Translate configurable furniture systems into digital requirements for specification platforms. Define functional requirements, business rules, and user stories; partner with Product, Engineering, Catalog, QA, and Development; support product launches, validate functionality via acceptance testing, and improve designer configuration experiences within Agile workflows.

Develop and maintain CET Designer software extensions and digital product content. Implement object-oriented product logic for visualization, specification, pricing, BOM and manufacturing rules. Create intelligent 2D/3D product representations, translate requirements into scalable solutions, participate in Agile practices, troubleshoot defects, and collaborate with global cross-functional teams on product launches and platform improvements.

Develop and execute digital and social marketing strategies across web, email, SEO/SEM, and social channels. Create and manage content, campaigns, editorial calendar, budgets, and agency relationships. Track, analyse, and report KPIs and ROIs, optimise user experience, and implement new trends to grow engagement and following.

This role coordinates regional marketing initiatives for MillerKnoll in ANZ and SEA, including campaign execution, asset management, and digital marketing, ensuring local relevancy and engagement.
