Job Summary
Leads a portfolio of sustainability programs with enterprise-wide impact. Shapes sustainability strategy, drives cross-regional compliance, and influences decision-making across business units.
Key Responsibilities- Program Oversight & Execution
Manage complex sustainability programs independently with a heavy focus on implementing product design and material changes.
Ensure strategic alignment and enterprise impact, following standardized product development processes and milestones.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead cross-regional initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
Drive alignment across suppliers, business units, operations and design.
- Systems & Process Ownership
Optimize product development systems and sustainability tools.
Implement scalable solutions and process improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement
Influence decision-making across departments.
Represent sustainability goals in leadership forums.
Translate sustainability goals into actionable plans.
Supports creation of carbon reduction roadmap.
- Reporting & Communication
Develop executive-level reports and dashboards.
Facilitate cross-functional and global leadership collaboration (category, operations, supply management) to advance programs, remove barriers, escalate issues, and align on decisions.
- Mentorship & Team Development
Mentor team members and support organizational development.
Provide input on performance evaluations and career growth.
- Project Leadership
