Manage interview scheduling, candidate travel, campus recruiting, pre-hire onboarding, background screening, vendor invoices, and compliance with financial-services hiring requirements. Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, IT, and People teams to streamline processes, maintain documentation, and support audits and vendor relationships.

Build and maintain marketing infrastructure and tracking for campaigns: landing pages, tag management, analytics and attribution, API integrations, A/B testing, SEO and performance optimization.
