Coordinate recruiting and onboarding operations to deliver an excellent candidate experience. Manage interview scheduling, candidate travel, campus recruiting, pre-hire onboarding, background screening, vendor invoices, and compliance with financial-services hiring requirements. Review commercial loan files and collateral post-closing to identify risks, ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance (BSA, AML, CIP, OFAC), coordinate with closing, underwriting, legal and compliance, prepare files for audits, support special projects, and maintain proficiency in bank systems and loan products (USDA, FSA, Conventional, SBA).

Prepare, review, and negotiate loan modification and related legal documents; order and analyze title reports, UCC/lien searches, and due diligence; coordinate with lenders, attorneys, title companies, and internal teams; file and record security instruments; identify and escalate risks; ensure compliance with State, Federal, Bank and SBA regulations and regulatory frameworks (BSA/AML/CIP/OFAC).
