Daily English communication; Mandarin a plus.

Design, develop, test, and document embedded C software for automotive microcontrollers. Define software specifications from product requirements, follow automotive quality standards, perform root-cause analysis, and work within Agile processes using CI, unit testing, and HIL tools.

Design, develop, and test electrical circuits and electronic systems for solid-state protection and control products. Create schematics, perform circuit simulations, support PCB development, prototype lab testing, troubleshooting, validation, supplier/component selection, and documentation while collaborating with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams to meet performance, quality, and regulatory requirements.

The Test Engineer will analyze customer requirements, develop testing plans, conduct and set up various tests, analyze data, and improve the laboratory while guiding technicians.

Lead system-level strategy and customer engagement for power switching and circuit protection products. Translate application requirements into scalable architectures, validate applications through testing, influence product roadmaps, and enable Sales/FAEs with technical content and training. Drive cross-functional alignment and thought leadership across data centers, aerospace, industrial automation, and energy infrastructure.

Design, develop, test, implement, and support manufacturing applications (MES/EAP/SPC/EMS). Build .NET backends and Angular/Vue frontends, integrate systems, troubleshoot issues, create reports and documentation, support deployments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to improve manufacturing efficiency and compliance.
