Owns the DACH cluster’s commercial value realization agenda, identifying value leakage and driving improvements in pricing, trade terms, promotions, product mix, and customer profitability. Administer and support global Siemens Teamcenter PLM environments across development, testing, training, and production. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, upgrades, user access, workflows, integrations with CAD and SAP, BMIDE changes, performance monitoring, incident resolution, backups, patching, deployment coordination, RCA, documentation, and continuous improvement. The role also supports Active Workspace, Teamcenter components, licensing, IAM, ITSM processes, high availability, automation, and collaboration with infrastructure and business teams.

Own SAP SCM service delivery across ECC, including AMS coordination, SLA adherence, incident and problem management, root-cause analysis, template governance, automation, and process improvement. Support S/4HANA transformation through blueprinting, configuration, testing, migration readiness, cutover, rollouts, and post-go-live stabilization. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, manage governance activities, optimize costs, and advise on supply-chain processes across MM, PP, QM, LE, EWM, and TM.
