Lead consolidation, disclosure and high-impact finance projects (transformations, acquisitions, integrations). Improve processes and automation (including AI), support close and audit activities, strengthen internal controls, coordinate cross-functional teams, and coach finance staff.

Manage and analyze complex surety (cautionnement) claims, develop loss-minimization and recovery strategies, coordinate litigation and technical/financial aspects, assign and oversee external experts, coach team members, liaise with underwriting, document decisions, and report regularly to leadership to meet profitability and claims-handling objectives.

Handle complex multi-line specialty claims (E&O, D&O, Crime, Cyber) from assessment through resolution. Determine coverage and reserves, retain counsel, negotiate settlements, attend conferences/trials, mentor regional handlers, train colleagues, collaborate with underwriting, monitor KPIs, control loss development and expenses, and support continuous improvement.
