Salary range (but not limited to):
94,200 - 115,200Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) conseiller(ère) principal(e), Indemnisation – Cautionnement et Assurance-crédit pour notre équipe grandissante pour notre bureau de Montréal ou de Québec!
À ce titre, vous ferez partie d’une équipe de l’indemnisation des plus performantes au sein de l’industrie. Relevant de la directrice, Indemnisation – Cautionnement et Assurance-crédit, au Québec, vous serez responsable de gérer et d’analyser les réclamations cautionnement et assurance-crédit. Les gens compteront sur vous pour assurer rigueur et minutie dans votre analyse des dossiers, notamment en ce qui concerne l’admissibilité des réclamations ainsi des mesures à prendre afin de minimiser les pertes pour Intact tout en assurant le respect de ses obligations. Vous évoluerez ainsi dans un milieu à la fois enrichissant et axé sur les résultats, où vous contribuez à l’atteinte des objectifs de rentabilité et de traitement des réclamations.
NOTE : Le niveau de rôle offert sera déterminé en fonction des compétences, de l’expérience et du parcours académique.
Ce que vous ferez :
- Analyser les réclamations dans les dossiers cautionnement et assurance-crédit.
- Élaborer et établir une stratégie pour minimiser les pertes, tout en respectant les obligations d’Intact.
- Assurer le recouvrement des sommes payées par Intact.
- Coordonner la gestion de dossiers de litige complexes ainsi que les aspects techniques et financiers des dossiers.
- Gérer tous les aspects des dossiers de réclamation, incluant le volet administratif, et assigner efficacement certaines tâches aux différents membres de l’équipe (avocats, ingénieurs, comptable).
- Noter et communiquer en temps opportun et de façon efficace toutes les mesures prises dans un dossier afin d’étayer les décisions prises.
- Rendre des comptes régulièrement à l’équipe de direction.
- Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe de la souscription.
- S’acquitter d’autres tâches connexes, au besoin.
Ce que vous mettrez à profit :
- Diplôme d’études postsecondaires en droit, en ingénierie, administration des affaires, en finance ou en comptabilité.
- Cinq ans ou plus d’expérience pertinente sur le marché du travail.
- Professionnalisme, flexibilité et excellent service à la clientèle.
- Excellent esprit d’analyse et de prise de décision.
- Compétences solides pour la négociation et la communication.
- Bon sens de l’organisation, minutie et souci de rigueur.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les échéanciers.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe, notamment avec l’ensemble des collaborateurs clés à l’interne (souscripteur, avocat, comptable, ingénieur, etc.).
- Expérience en indemnisation cautionnement ou assurance-crédit, un atout.
- Bilinguisme requis (français / anglais).Nécessité de traiter des dossiers de réclamations d’une clientèle anglophone sur une base régulière.
- Permis valide d’expert en sinistre en assurance biens et responsabilité civile des entreprises délivré par l’Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) (détenu ou à obtenir).

Skills Required
- Post-secondary diploma in law, engineering, business administration, finance or accounting
- Five years or more of relevant work experience
- Professionalism, flexibility and excellent customer service
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
