Provides strategic compensation advice, develops policies and programs, leads national compensation projects, conducts total compensation analyses, supports audits and surveys, and partners with HR, legal, senior management, and business units. The role also develops training and communication materials, supports change management, identifies improvement opportunities, and contributes to compensation expertise across the organization.

Provide functional configuration, testing, documentation, and Level 1-2 support for Oracle Fusion finance modules (GL, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, HCM touchpoints). Assist data migration, reconciliations, control documentation (52-109/SOX), and post-acquisition integration while maintaining SOPs, KBs, and training materials.

Manage Auto Operations claims workflows, resources, financial performance, productivity, and regional objectives. Lead loss-containment, salvage, subrogation, process, and technology initiatives. Provide claims expertise in policy interpretation and settlement negotiation, oversee technical training, and build relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. Coach and develop Claims teams while driving performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Leads investment financial close, external and internal reporting, regulatory filings, audit coordination, accounting standards implementation, controls, and reporting modernization. Manages and develops a team while partnering with investment and Finance stakeholders to deliver accurate, automated, decision-useful information for a global investment portfolio.

Supports strategic and tactical asset allocation across fixed income, equities, private investments, and alternative assets. Develops and optimizes allocation models, analyzes expected returns, correlations, risks, liquidity, and capital requirements, and incorporates regulatory constraints across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Prepares investment and economic analyses for senior leadership, automates processes, measures performance, and collaborates with investment teams on portfolio strategies and new products.

Supports insurance claims adjusters with automobile and home claims by contacting customers, vendors, repair shops, police services, and other partners. Performs administrative tasks, updates claim files, transcribes damage statements, organizes documents, navigates multiple computer systems, and follows service processes and deadlines. Provides professional, empathetic customer support, including handling difficult calls. This is a temporary six-month contract role.

Manage the National Pricing Personal Lines actuarial team, interpreting results, producing pricing indications, analyzing market trends, and recommending product improvements. Lead coaching and development, oversee resources and budgets, provide technical guidance on rating, reserves, projections, and regulatory work, and represent actuarial functions across committees and business units.

Lead the evolution of enterprise architecture for finance, defining target-state architectures, principles, governance, roadmaps, and strategic technology direction. Assess current environments, guide modernization, review major project designs, and ensure alignment with business, security, compliance, infrastructure, and technology strategies. The role also drives architecture governance, innovation research, risk and cost analysis, AI prototyping, stakeholder alignment, and transformation initiatives across global operations.
