Responsible for vendor sourcing, platform design, and platform lifecycle management. Collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective platform delivery. Manages constraints, challenges, and changes that affect platform delivery. Develops new capabilities and drives utilization of existing platforms. Ensures cost management and efficiency in platform operations.

Accountable for managing project financial performance, coordinating efforts across various functional areas, advising on upcoming initiatives, managing tribe backlog and capacity, ensuring timely completion of projects, monitoring adherence to procedures, collaborating with teams and stakeholders, building squad capabilities, allocating resources efficiently, resolving issues, implementing risk management controls, analyzing project performance, driving innovation and change.
