Leads OT cybersecurity solution design, technology evaluation, risk assessments, IT/OT convergence initiatives, and regulatory compliance. Focuses on Claroty and Cisco solutions, industrial network segmentation, resilience, threat mitigation, and secure implementation. Collaborates with business, IT, engineering, plant operations, and delivery teams while communicating architecture concepts to technical and executive audiences.

Manage national and key retail accounts to deliver volume, value, profitability, sales growth, distribution, and in-store execution targets. Responsibilities include analyzing performance data, identifying commercial opportunities, coordinating with Marketing and Trade Marketing, managing account operations, conducting business reviews, and leading Joint Business Planning and negotiations with key accounts.

Support and maintain MES platforms, particularly Körber PAS-X and HighByte UNS, while troubleshooting applications, infrastructure, integrations, and data flows across IT and OT environments. Responsibilities include upgrades, patching, disaster recovery testing, validation, compliance, documentation, monitoring, automation, vendor coordination, and platform reliability improvements. The role also supports manufacturing equipment connectivity, regulated change control, planned maintenance, and occasional out-of-hours activities.

Manage and grow strategic client relationships to drive sales and revenue within assigned key accounts. Develop account strategies, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams for product launches and promotions, resolve client issues, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to leadership.
