The End User Support Analyst serves as a liaison between Information Technology Management and assigned organizational departments on matters related to technology, support, deployment, and planning. This position provides analysis, problem-solving, technical assistance, and support coordination for computer hardware, software, networking, and applications systems. The incumbent makes decisions based on independent judgment to resolve complex technical problems and provides technical support in a professional manner. Job duties include providing customer-facing solutions, installing and configuring devices, supporting regular maintenance, and collaborating with other IT teams to identify solutions. This role also involves after-hours support and process improvement initiatives for greater efficiency within the organization.
