Serve as the liaison between HR and IT to deliver and support HR platforms. Gather requirements, analyse data, prioritise enhancements, coordinate UAT, resolve system issues, support implementations, and drive process and reporting improvements to maximise HR technology value.

Support end-to-end UK payroll delivery including preparing and validating payroll input, reviewing calculations, processing employee changes, handling statutory reporting (PAYE, NI, RTI), reconciling payroll, responding to queries, coordinating with HR/Finance/providers, maintaining records, supporting audits and process improvements, and processing off-cycle/manual payments.

Serve as Pod Lead supporting multiple senior IT executives with primary calendar ownership, meeting operations, logistics, travel coordination, and cross-functional alignment. Organize leadership meetings, prepare materials, track action items, and partner with Chiefs of Staff to translate strategic priorities into schedules. Provide backup support, drive continuous improvement in executive operations, and collaborate with global teams as needed.
