Requires extensive motorsports and business leadership experience, cross-functional management expertise, and regular domestic and international travel to races, facilities, testing venues, and customer events.

Leads supplier development for strategic suppliers, including PPAP, APQP, Safe Launch, process validation, capability assessments, quality audits, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, cost reduction, and new product introductions. Partners with engineering, purchasing, quality, and global suppliers to improve cost, quality, delivery, and manufacturing capability. Mentors supplier development engineers and supports supplier strategy. Requires up to 50% domestic and international travel.

Manages multiple projects, incorporates manufacturing constraints and emerging materials, presents concepts to stakeholders, and mentors junior designers.

Leads vehicle program launch activities from design handoff through mass production. Designs and modifies components using SolidWorks, applies design-for-manufacturability principles, creates 3D models and manufacturing documentation, operates development equipment, supports prototype vehicle builds, and collaborates with suppliers and internal teams. The role also develops test procedures, supports continuous improvement, manages multiple programs, and maintains drafting standards.

Grow Fox Factory’s specialty vehicle business across an assigned dealership territory. Responsibilities include developing dealership relationships, expanding the dealer network, forecasting sales, increasing revenue per vehicle, conducting dealership visits and product demonstrations, supporting training and events, identifying market opportunities, collaborating cross-functionally on launches, and maintaining CRM and pipeline data. The role is home-based and requires extensive regional overnight travel.

Designs and develops products for manufacturing, managing multiple projects from customer requirements through testing and release. Coordinates cross-functional design, testing, quality, manufacturing, and NPI teams; creates CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and engineering change documentation. The role also serves as a Workday subject matter resource and supports multiple concurrent projects.

Services existing customers, develops new accounts, follows up on inbound leads, conducts outbound sales calls and emails, qualifies opportunities, recommends suitable products, processes accurate customer orders, and resolves product questions. The role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, customer service, and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent; one or more years of inside sales experience is preferred.
