Manages an engineering team developing, testing, modifying, and improving products and systems. Plans department activities, schedules, resources, budgets, and forecasts; evaluates project feasibility; drives cost reduction and corrective actions; ensures process and project compliance; supports advanced engineering analysis and design; and recruits, assigns, evaluates, and develops engineering personnel.
