Manage and develop a high-performing sales team, drive revenue, profitability, and market share, build executive relationships with Bay Street law firms and lenders, lead strategic partnerships, collaborate cross-functionally, oversee forecasting and CRM discipline, and provide commercial risk and market leadership.

The Commissioner of Deeds will meet with customers to witness and certify signatures on mortgage and legal documents, ensuring positive customer service while managing confidential information and working on an on-call basis.

Lead IT finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, long-range capital planning, variance analysis, invoice processing, accruals, and reporting. Align consulting contracts and SOWs, track software and hardware asset lifecycles, manage software capitalization and WIP reporting, support CapEx/OpEx forecasts and cash flow modeling, migrate financial tracking to TBM/FinOps tools, approve invoices/POs, and manage a small finance team while liaising between IT, Finance, and Procurement.
