Manage calendars, travel, donor visit logistics, correspondence, briefing materials, meeting coordination, action-item tracking, campaign-related administrative workflows, and provide coverage for traveling fundraisers to ensure continuity of donor engagement.

Manages course schedules across face-to-face, online, and virtual modalities. Coordinates with academic departments, campus administration, Student Success Operations, and adjunct faculty to align offerings with demand, availability, and capacity. Reviews and corrects scheduling discrepancies, resolves conflicts, manages cancellations and course changes, administers adjunct contracts, and coordinates payroll processes. Ensures compliance with academic scheduling timelines while supporting accurate course delivery and a positive student experience.
