Leads major-gift fundraising for a children's hospital by managing 80–100 donor prospects, securing gifts of $100,000 or more, developing fundraising strategies, cultivating stakeholder relationships, overseeing donor stewardship, tracking performance, collaborating on outreach materials, maintaining donor records, and supporting assigned staff. Requires occasional travel and evening or weekend work for donor meetings and events.

Drafts and reviews legal documents and collaborates with financial, coding, clinical, administrative, and medical staff.

Supports HR regulatory administration, employee and contractor onboarding, Workday recordkeeping, credential and competency tracking, personnel file maintenance, badge creation, audit preparation, sanction reporting, education documentation, and survey readiness. The role coordinates with employees, physicians, candidates, leaders, and regulatory agencies while ensuring confidential records remain accurate, complete, and compliant with hospital standards.

The Eligibility & VAS Coordinator manages eligibility and VAS teams, oversees projects, ensures timely completion of tasks, and collaborates on improving workflows and metrics.
