Leads large-scale, cross-functional business and technology projects from ideation through deployment. Develops and maintains member and client relationships, prospects for business, advises clients on specialized products and services, analyzes needs, proposes personalized solutions, supports retention and satisfaction, negotiates agreements, and prepares recommendations, contracts, reports, and administrative documents.

Analyze and investigate complex property and casualty insurance claims, estimate damages, review expert quotes, identify suspicious or fraudulent activity, recommend settlement actions, and improve claims processes, tools, service quality, and loss ratios. The role also supports action plans and competency initiatives while requiring travel within the Trois-Rivieres and Montreal regions.

Advises on operational risk, fraud and suspicious transactions, compliance, internal controls, crisis management, and personal information and property security. Leads complex strategic projects, develops risk policies and standards, analyzes major issues, makes recommendations to decision-makers, represents the unit with stakeholders and external partners, and serves as a subject matter expert and coach.
