The IP Specialist manages patent annual fee processes, customer inquiries, client relationships, team management, and internal operations coordination.

Manage clients intellectual property portfolios including patents, trademarks, designs and utility models. Perform docketing, deadline monitoring, invoicing, quotations, liaise with foreign agents, provide administrative support across IP operations, and assist with annuities and patent practice administration while following SOPs and supporting process improvements.
