岗位描述：
1. 专利年费流程管理（案件缴费时限提醒-客户确认指示-案件系统录入-负责专利官费交费清单的制作及缴纳工作-制作请款单）；
2. 集团管理系统的操作与使用；
3. 回复客户对于专利年费的相关咨询；
4. 维护客户关系，保证良好的客户满意度；
5. 内部流程管理制度的管控、更新和升级；
6. 团队日常工作的管理；
7. 与公司内部各部门以及总部运营部门的沟通和协调；
8. 与IPL，API相关事宜的沟通、协调和处理；
9. 优秀员工享有明确的晋升通道，并有机会出国培训。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历
2. 具有客户服务意识，高度的专业性和判断力；
3. 有3-5年涉外知识产权流程工作经验，熟悉专利流程的各种文件和时限的处理者优先；
4. 较好的英文阅读理解能力，能快速阅读各种专利流程往来英文函件并进行回复；
5. 较好的语言表达能力，良好的沟通能力；
6. 熟练使用Office办公软件（Outlook, Excel和Word）；
7. 工作踏实认真，条理清晰，责任心强，具有良好的团队意识和协作精神，有带领团队的经验优先；
8. 对专利流程工作有兴趣，且有长期从事该行业之意愿；
