Serve as regional interface between customers, Sales, Delivery, Product and Global Launch teams, supporting deployments, adoption, readiness, issue resolution, training application, feedback capture, and continuous improvement of transfer and launch processes.

Configure and customize ORBIS hospital information system using ORBIS development tools and Jaspersoft Studio; implement process optimizations, lead pilot deployments, train and support local service teams, create training and service documentation, and gather serviceability requirements for R&D while driving an international expert community.

Lead regional rollout and adoption of ORBIS Go-to-Market initiatives in UKI. Coordinate between global and regional teams, support deployments and customer engagements, monitor early-life performance, resolve critical issues, ensure training and readiness, capture feedback, and promote standardized launch practices across Sales, Delivery and Support.
