What you’ll achieve

As the Product Launch Manager, you will lead the regional rollout and operational adoption of ORBIS Go-to-Market initiatives and product releases in ANZ, ensuring alignment between central governance, regional readiness and local execution.

Act as the primary coordination point between global Business Operations / Transition & Launch teams and the ANZ organization, supporting structured launch activities, enablement, communication and readiness across Sales, Delivery and Support functions making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:

  • Lead and coordinate ORBIS product launches and Go-to-Market initiatives across ANZ, ensuring successful and structured market introductions.
  • Act as the key liaison between customers, Sales, Delivery, Product, and Global Launch teams throughout launch and early adoption phases.
  • Support initial implementations and strategic customer engagements to drive product adoption and identify potential risks early.
  • Monitor launch execution and product performance, coordinating the resolution of critical issues with regional and global stakeholders.
  • Track and follow up on product requirements and deliverables identified during pre-assessment and launch activities.
  • Ensure training, documentation, readiness assets, and launch deliverables are effectively implemented in customer environments.
  • Drive readiness and enablement across Sales, Delivery, and Support teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Capture customer feedback, lessons learned, and regional insights to continuously improve launch processes, standards, and best practices across ANZ.

  • Experience in healthcare software, enterprise software or similarly complex customer environments
  • Background in Delivery, Customer Success, Go-to-Market, Product Enablement or implementation-related roles
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional activities across Sales, Delivery, Product and Support organizations
  • Good understanding of software deployment, customer adoption and operational readiness processes
  • Experience working with strategic customers and managing complex stakeholder environments
  • ORBIS and/or Dedalus experience strongly preferred

Desirable Requirements

  • Candidate with strong knowledge of the ANZ healthcare ecosystem and ORBIS landscape preferred
  • Customer-oriented profile with strong coordination and execution mindset
  • Comfortable operating across global and regional organizations
  • Pragmatic, collaborative and structured approach
  • Ability to balance customer proximity with adherence to global standards and processes

Skills Required

  • Experience in healthcare software, enterprise software, or similarly complex customer environments
  • Background in Delivery, Customer Success, Go-to-Market, Product Enablement, or implementation-related roles
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional activities across Sales, Delivery, Product, and Support organizations
  • Understanding of software deployment, customer adoption, and operational readiness processes
  • Experience working with strategic customers and managing complex stakeholder environments
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • ORBIS and/or Dedalus experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of the ANZ healthcare ecosystem and ORBIS landscape
  • Customer-oriented profile with a strong coordination and execution mindset
  • Comfort operating across global and regional organizations
  • Pragmatic, collaborative, and structured approach
  • Ability to balance customer proximity with adherence to global standards and processes
