Coordinate and participate in systems analysis, planning, design, development, testing, and implementation of Dayton Children's Epic instance. Understand hospital workflows, processes, policies, and business operations. Coordinate change and enhancement requests. Perform in-depth analyses and evaluate development efforts. Maintain working knowledge of Epic instance and provide training. Required: Associates degree, 1-2 years experience, Epic Revenue Cycle Certification in HB/PB/Claims/Router, computer and customer service skills, communication skills. Preferred: 3-4 years experience.

Administer, develop, and manage interface resources to ensure quality, availability, stability, security, and recoverability. Coordinate development with vendors, project managers, end users, and other IS staff. Follow DCH ITIL change management processes for proper testing and data validations. Full knowledge of DCH ITIL processes and established IS policies and procedures.
