Leads fundraising advancement for FAU’s College of Business by developing donor strategies, cultivating and soliciting major, principal, legacy, and planned gifts of $100,000 or more, and stewarding donor relationships. Partners with academic leaders and Institutional Advancement colleagues, manages proposals and stewardship activities, supports advisory board engagement, oversees scholarship-related donor outcomes, participates in events, and supervises advancement staff.

Leads fundraising and advancement for FAU’s College of Social Work and Criminal Justice. Develops donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and major-gift strategies; manages a portfolio of prospects capable of five- to six-figure gifts; builds alumni and donor pipelines; collaborates with academic and advancement leadership; prepares proposals and stewardship materials; supports planned giving, annual campaigns, events, advisory boards, scholarships, and donor engagement.

Leads fundraising for FAU’s College of Education by cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major, legacy, and principal gift donors. Develops strategic fundraising plans, manages a donor and prospect portfolio, closes five- to six-figure gifts, partners with academic and advancement leaders, supports planned and annual giving, oversees stewardship, coordinates advisory board advancement activities, prepares proposals and briefings, and participates in donor engagement events.

Develops, tests, deploys, and supports software systems, including backend services, APIs, frontend components, databases, and cloud applications. The role owns software components end to end, participates in code reviews and technical research, manages concurrent projects, and performs field deployments involving software installation, configuration, data collection, and troubleshooting. Additional responsibilities include documentation, reporting, proposal support, and collaboration with the Chief Engineer.

Leads university-wide academic success strategy, including advising, academic support, general education oversight, progression, retention, graduation outcomes, and high-impact practices.
