Lead and coach product development teams using Agile/Scrum and Kanban to deliver high-quality software. Manage sprint ceremonies, remove impediments, track team performance, coordinate with PMO and program managers, govern Definition of Done (CI/CD, automated and security tests), and support backlog grooming and release planning.

Provide front-line loan consultation and customer service by assessing and closing loan applications, following credit policy and cash controls, selling loan and protection products, following up on past-due accounts, and supporting customer interactions both virtually and in person.

Process and reconcile credit counselling payments, manage batch and cheque disbursements, perform account reapplication/re-amortization, resolve discrepancies, maintain daily cash drawer, collaborate with internal and external partners, and provide superior customer service while following company policies.

Manage end-to-end cash reconciliations and maintain financial system configurations, integrations, reporting, and dashboards. Support Workday Financials and SAP S/4 HANA activities, testing, migrations, and system improvements. Collaborate with Finance and IT to resolve issues, drive process improvements, train users, and document procedures while supporting broader finance systems initiatives and ensuring integration stability.

Partner with business leaders to forecast and manage operating expenses and capital, build efficiency-ratio monitoring processes, develop KPIs and dashboards, support cost-savings initiatives, enable FP&A and Workday ERP transformation, and provide data-driven insights and business case analysis to improve profitability and performance.

Support FP&A for Technology: manage expense reporting, forecasts, AOP and quarterly reviews, build financial models and dashboards, enable Workday/OneStream capabilities, analyze operating expenses and efficiency, develop business cases, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Prepare and maintain treasury financial models, forecast funding liabilities and interest expense, produce variance analysis and regulatory reporting, value derivatives, monitor intercompany facilities and covenants, support ALCO and investor presentations, champion forecasting/ERP systems and automation, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and controls.
