About the role:
You will support the operation of the business by managing a variety of administrative responsibilities, maintaining thorough follow-up on requests, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure operational deadlines and priorities are met.
What you’ll do:
- Process incoming mail, administrative requests and electronic worklists with speed, accuracy and professionalism.
- Update customer files and information in internal systems in accordance with established procedures.
- Respond to requests from merchants, internal clients and business partners using the appropriate tools.
- Conduct research, validate information and resolve discrepancies or exceptions requiring operational judgment.
- Monitor email inboxes, prioritize requests and process files within required timelines.
- Contribute to documentation updates, knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational priorities and escalate unusual situations when needed.
What we’re looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is considered an asset.
- Relevant experience in customer service, administrative support, operations or request processing.
- Fluency in French and English is required to provide support across Canada.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage priorities and a collaborative mindset.
