Provides senior technical leadership for decorative coatings applications across the Americas, serving customers and supporting technical service, application testing, benchmarking, product development, and formulation innovation. Leads cross-functional projects with R&D, marketing, sales, and global technical teams; identifies market and customer needs; supervises experimental work; supports intellectual property and patents; develops customer-facing technical materials and training; and promotes EHSQ compliance.

Process and validate third-party, intercompany, and employee invoices and claims in SAP. Maintain compliance with corporate procedures, internal controls, audit requirements, and closing timelines. Resolve accounts payable queries, coordinate issue troubleshooting, update procedures, and support continuous process improvement. Collaborate with shared services teams and stakeholders while meeting service-level agreements and relevant shift requirements for the Americas portfolio.

Provides L2 and L3 support for SAP EHS, addressing business requirements and coordinating with stakeholders. Supports Substance Volume Tracking, Marketing Restriction Checks, ALE distribution, and Health and Safety Management. Works with ticketing tools including Regulatory Solution Board, SMAX, and ServiceNow, while coordinating support shifts. The role requires a university or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, independent issue resolution, willingness to learn areas such as Waste Management, and German language skills as a benefit.

Leads financial planning and plant controlling for assigned sites, including budgeting, capital planning, month-end close, product costing, production variance analysis, cost reduction, reporting, compliance, and audit coordination. Partners with site leadership, financial services, business controllers, vendors, and other stakeholders to improve operational performance and decision-making. Provides financial guidance, oversees planning activities, and supports process improvements across plant operations.

Leads Asia Pacific sales and marketing for Evonik’s Active Oxygens business, driving regional revenue, profitability, pricing, growth strategy, customer expansion, sales excellence, and supply-chain collaboration. Manages and develops multinational sales teams, oversees CRM and governance processes, identifies new markets, supports cross-selling, and coordinates customer service and supply-demand planning to achieve commercial and operational targets.

Plans and balances demand and supply for assigned plants, optimizing customer service, inventory, operating costs, and working capital. Manages S&OP and IBP processes, supply allocations, bottleneck prevention, planning KPIs, and improvement measures. Supports supply chain projects, monitors variable costs, and coordinates service complaint resolution with logistics, production, and external providers.
