Manage multiple corporate IT projects across Baptist Health, coordinating departments, clinical personnel, installation technicians, vendors, legal, and project teams. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, deliverable tracking, implementation strategy, vendor oversight, contract coordination, stakeholder communication, and maintaining project records in ServiceNow Project & Portfolio Management. The role also provides direction to indirect IT support and contract staff while ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and organizational needs.

Directs financial strategy and operations for assigned healthcare markets. Leads budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, financial performance reviews, variance analysis, resource optimization, governance, reporting, and cost-reduction initiatives. Partners with market, regional, and system leadership to align operational targets, investment strategies, labor plans, and growth priorities with organizational objectives.

Leads Baptist Health’s system-wide grants strategy, including grant development, pre- and post-award services, compliance, performance management, and revenue generation. Partners with Foundation leadership, financial teams, and local markets to establish cohesive grants-management practices and support staff with grant-related questions and requirements. The role reports to the VP of Philanthropy and requires remote work from Kentucky or Indiana.

Configure and manage ERP and contract management systems for supply chain. Oversee data exchange with clinical systems (Epic, HSM, Omnicell), manage inventory/PAR and requisition templates, administer new product requests and contract data, coordinate user training, and ensure adherence to policies and business practices.

Configure and customize Workday workflows and ERP integrations focused on supply chain. Design, test, debug, and document system specifications. Support large-scale Workday deployments, integrate Workday with Epic, and ensure compliance with healthcare supply chain standards like UDI and implant tracking.
