Develop and improve mechanical components and assemblies from concept through series production. The Marketing Executive will develop strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness, customer experience, and support sales efforts, while analyzing market trends and managing vendor relationships.

Provide financial insights and reporting for R&D: budgeting, forecasting, monthly performance reviews, KPI variance analysis, CAPEX and project cost analysis, business case evaluation, and drive process improvements across multiple R&D locations.

Develop and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts, statistical models, forecast families, and product lifecycle plans. The role requires managing complex suppliers and contracts across EU sites, with regular office work near Apeldoorn and travel for plant and supplier visits.

Support global talent and leadership initiatives by helping create learning content, assisting workshops and programmes, analysing feedback, and contributing to strategic HR and transformation projects while working with international teams.

Plan and optimise daily schedules for field engineers to meet SLAs, manage same-day planning, export workloads, order parts, handle customer communications and jeopardy management to maximise first-time fixes and utilisation.
