Provide process engineering support for polymers operations: troubleshoot plant issues, drive continuous improvement (yield, uptime, reliability, cost, safety), lead incident investigations and PHAs, manage capital projects, and support environmental compliance. Manage end-to-end capital projects at a chemical manufacturing site, translating business goals into project objectives, controlling cost and schedule, leading project teams, ensuring front-end deliverables, commissioning and turnover, and collaborating with construction, operations, maintenance, and business stakeholders.

Manage a portfolio of IT programs and projects, owning schedule, budget, risks, and governance. Coordinate dependencies, support SteerCo, align strategy to execution, standardize PMO processes, drive continuous improvement, and lead select strategic initiatives.

Provide hands-on support for site automation, process control, and instrumentation (DCS/PLC/SIS). Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain control logic, graphics, and networks; assist commissioning and modifications; support alarm management, process historians, cybersecurity backups, and MOC. Participate in investigations, on-call rotation, and small project support while applying process safety fundamentals.

Lead commercial execution for the Viton FKM product line across the Americas, aligning regional plans with global strategy. Drive revenue, pricing, supply allocation, account relationships, pipeline management, and team development while partnering cross-functionally on market intelligence, pricing, and customer experience.
