Supports Microsoft Teams Rooms and live events, creates technician documentation and processes, trains users, and advocates for customer needs. Partners with scientists, engineers, and business teams in an R&D environment. The role requires physical onsite work, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Manage capital projects from inception to startup for a chemical manufacturing site: lead engineering analyses, develop scopes, estimates, schedules, oversee contractors and vendors, control cost and change management, and ensure project deliverables and readiness to operate.

Provides technical leadership for electrical and instrumentation projects within a chemical manufacturing capital projects organization. Translates plant needs into requirements, reviews engineering designs and specifications, ensures NEC, IEEE, NFPA, safety, and compliance standards are met, and supports project execution through commissioning and startup. Collaborates with operations, maintenance, project teams, and EPC partners while contributing to turnarounds, maintenance projects, system upgrades, and modernization initiatives.

Leads regional supply chain strategy and execution for the Americas, including customer delivery, inventory, cost-to-serve, logistics, process improvement, compliance, and performance measurement. Manages cross-functional collaboration across sales, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and technology. Develops team capabilities, drives continuous improvement, supports global supply chain standards, and oversees succession planning. The role requires extensive industrial supply chain experience, strong business and financial acumen, analytical and project management skills, and leadership in a matrix organization.

Provides on-site second-tier IT support in a manufacturing environment, including PC lifecycle management, hardware and software installation, device configuration, troubleshooting, endpoint support, documentation, employee training, and manufacturing technology support. The role handles escalated issues, maintains infrastructure inventory, supports plant-floor systems and peripherals, and may provide off-hours assistance for critical manufacturing systems.

Provides process and technical support for mining and separation operations. Optimizes mill performance, mineral recovery, throughput, and product grades; tracks operational metrics using process software; performs process inspections, troubleshooting, and incident investigations; supports capital projects, safety reviews, process documentation, SOPs, process flow diagrams, and management-of-change activities.

Provide process engineering support for Nafion IXM manufacturing, troubleshoot production issues, lead improvements in safety, quality, yield, uptime and cost, run trials for new-product commercialization, and participate in Process Safety Management and technical project work.
