Support legal and legal operations by managing contract lifecycle, corporate governance, IP renewals, compliance, legal records, reporting, SOPs, and legal technology coordination to improve processes and stakeholder support.

Manage a small team of engineers and finance-systems professionals, oversee integrations with Salesforce, Snowflake, RevPro, and Concur, enforce SDLC and governance, support SOX/audit requirements, and partner with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable finance systems and roadmap outcomes.

Manage core accounting operations (GL, AR/AP, revenue, month/quarter/year closes), lead global treasury functions (cash management, forecasting, banking), ensure SOX/compliance and debt covenant adherence, improve systems and processes, and lead/accountability for an accounting/treasury team while partnering with Finance and senior leadership on liquidity and financial risk management.

Provide phone and web-based technical support for Avid Sibelius users, manage support cases to meet SLAs, troubleshoot audio and system issues, communicate with customers, and learn related Avid products and production ecosystem components.

Support security compliance and risk management by responding to security questionnaires, owning third-party risk management and vendor assessments, maintaining the risk register and security policies, running NIST self-assessments, mapping evidence to SSDF/OWASP, coordinating audits and evidence collection, and providing technical security input for contracts and data protection.

The Site Reliability Engineer will ensure the reliability of cloud infrastructure, manage deployments with Kubernetes, and automate processes with tools like Terraform and GitHub Actions while monitoring service health.
