Maintain listings, verify MLS and marketing information, process amendments and extensions, and support closing documentation and seller proceeds.

Supports HOA requests and municipal code violation compliance across assigned properties. Monitors inboxes, records requests and approvals, tracks deadlines and corrective actions, follows up with stakeholders, routes documentation, escalates issues, and maintains organized property records. Produces weekly status reports, cleans up violation backlogs, develops intake and closeout checklists, and summarizes recurring trends and process improvements.

Provides on-site and remote desktop support for enterprise employees, troubleshooting Windows, macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices. Manages endpoint deployment, software updates, patching, compliance, hardware lifecycle, asset inventory, printers, audiovisual equipment, and Teams Rooms. Supports onboarding and offboarding, coordinates repairs and warranties, maintains documentation, and escalates infrastructure, network, systems, and security issues.
