Defines enterprise architecture standards and reusable patterns for AI, agentic AI, and AI-enabled applications. Guides model selection, agent design, security, governance, observability, evaluation, and cost management. Partners with engineering, data, security, enterprise architecture, and business teams to move AI solutions from concept to production. The role also trains stakeholders on budgeting and forecasting tools, prepares ad hoc reports, and partners with marketing strategists to track fundraising performance.

Leads planning, resource allocation, production oversight, budgeting, and execution for creative and content projects across multiple channels. Manages vendors, procurement processes, contracts, timelines, inventory, and production quality while partnering with Creative, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders. Analyzes capacity, budgets, and production metrics; identifies risks and implements workflow improvements to increase efficiency, visibility, quality, and scalability.

Drives corporate revenue growth by acquiring mid-sized company partners and expanding partnerships through cause marketing, sponsorships, corporate giving, employee engagement, and executive involvement. Leads ALSAC’s DIY, youth, and community fundraising portfolio, developing national and regional growth strategies, managing budgets, and driving revenue, participation, retention, and engagement. Oversees program execution, performance analysis, cross-functional collaboration, volunteer and partner relationships, and participant experience. Leads and develops a high-performing team while modernizing and scaling fundraising initiatives to achieve organizational goals. Requires travel up to 20–25%, including nights and weekends.
