Produce life and disability illustrations and proposals, maintain carrier product studies and quote templates, evaluate new sales opportunities, support internal/external sales with product expertise and presentation prep, manage pipeline data entry and quote follow-ups, and adhere to service protocols.

Lead payroll tax operations and compliance across federal, state, local, and Puerto Rico jurisdictions and more than 160 FEINs. Oversee filings, tax adjustments, reconciliations, audits, notices, year-end reporting, legislative updates, vendor relationships, internal controls, and process improvements. Manage, coach, and develop the Payroll Tax team while partnering with Payroll Operations, Finance, HR, vendors, and government agencies.

Manage commercial insurance accounts by handling quotes, policies, endorsements, certificates, claims support, renewals, client inquiries, and correspondence. Support producers with sales and marketing activities, develop coverage strategies, maintain accurate client records in Applied Systems EPIC, monitor underwriting requirements, and communicate important account updates. The role requires an active Property and Casualty license, commercial lines experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and on-site collaboration.
