Troubleshoot performance and infrastructure issues, develop PowerShell automation, support incident and change management under ITIL practices, and maintain Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and hybrid identity integrations. The role also requires infrastructure documentation and operational procedure maintenance.

Collects infrastructure data, interviews stakeholders, and creates, tests, and governs detailed runbooks for disaster recovery, application migration, and data center modernization. Supports migration discovery, planning, and execution; develops migration strategies, plans, status reports, and documentation. Requires knowledge of cloud, virtualization, containerization, enterprise architecture, storage, backup, operating systems, networking, automated discovery tools, Excel data modeling, IT service management, stakeholder engagement, and workshop facilitation.

Administer and monitor Azure or Alibaba Cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, networking, backups, security, and performance. Support deployments, upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting, and cloud connectivity. Maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, FortiGate firewalls, and FortiSwitches. Document procedures, implement security and compliance best practices, and collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams.

Manages availability, performance, patching, disaster recovery, migrations, monitoring, and incident resolution. Automates infrastructure tasks, documents technical standards, conducts root-cause analysis, and supports high-availability environments. Collaborates with application, cybersecurity, network, database, and cloud teams while mentoring junior engineers and following ITIL processes.

Provide second-level technical support across Linux, Windows, application, and network environments. Responsibilities include monitoring and performance analysis, troubleshooting incidents, managing tickets and SLAs, conducting on-site interventions, collaborating with vendors and higher support tiers, communicating with clients, and improving operational stability.
