The Analog Design Engineer is responsible for designing complex analog circuits, verifying performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiencies and provide training.

Lead technical stress-analysis for aerostructures, perform classical and FEA strength evaluations, prepare stress reports, validate designs, manage design modifications and structural substantiation, coordinate deliverables between customer stakeholders and offshore teams, lead technical discussions, track project activities, and ensure timely delivery of engineering milestones. Experience with commercial/business aircraft and OEM/certification processes preferred.

Develop RTL and testbenches using VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog; create UVM constrained-random environments; perform static timing, linting, and CDC analyses; manage hardware lifecycle tasks including requirements capture, synthesis, placement and routing; provide DO-254 process guidance and mentor engineers.

Develop and maintain embedded applications and LabVIEW solutions across the SDLC. Work with hardware teams on board and OS bring-up, device driver development, and hardware interface integration. Perform HIL testing, debug and optimize embedded software, ensure regulatory compliance (D0-178), and collaborate with systems, hardware, and verification engineers.

The role involves assisting with SAP MM module implementation, data migration, supporting requirements, and collaboration with teams.

The role requires leading complex design projects, utilizing design systems, and excelling in UX methodologies. Strong communication and technical skills are essential.
