Drives enterprise new-business growth for Omilia’s Conversational AI platform across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Owns the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through solution positioning, negotiation, and contract close. Builds regional pipeline, manages forecasts, presents business cases and ROI models, coordinates demonstrations and proofs of concept, and develops C-level relationships. Partners with Solutions Consulting, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success while maintaining accurate CRM data and meeting revenue targets.

Designs and administers end-to-end sales compensation plans and SPIFF programs in a B2B SaaS environment. Owns plan modeling, quota assignments, calculations, payouts, documentation, reporting infrastructure, dashboards, and ROI analysis. Partners with Sales, Finance, Payroll, and Revenue Operations to ensure accurate compensation, forecasting, accruals, CRM data integrity, and timely payouts while identifying design issues, errors, and gaming risks.

Own technical support cases for the Omilia Cloud Platform, diagnosing conversational AI, telephony, networking, cloud, and distributed-service issues. Investigate logs, reproduce problems, manage access and resources, participate in critical incident bridges, coordinate escalations, document solutions, and provide product feedback. The role supports global enterprise customers in a 24/7 coverage model while meeting response, resolution, and customer satisfaction KPIs.

Design, implement, and test production conversational AI systems and semantic models. Analyze human-system dialogs, work with customers on requirements, perform QA and regression testing, and improve NLU/NLP performance using ML and rule-based techniques.

The IT Infrastructure Administrator manages the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and performance of network, server, and cloud systems.

Drive partner activation and pipeline growth across LATAM (esp. Brazil and Mexico). Manage partner lifecycle, co-sell opportunities, maintain CRM pipeline attribution, track partner performance, and represent Omilia at regional events to build brand and generate leads.
