Own the Core Backend product for an EV charging platform. Responsibilities include executing product strategy, gathering customer and market insights, prioritizing the backlog, writing requirements, prototyping with agentic AI, defining metrics, querying logs, and partnering with design and engineering to deliver reliable integrations and backend improvements.

Support customer tenders and due diligence, maintain compliance evidence and improvement plans, and identify AI and automation solutions for policy monitoring, audit reporting, and evidence collection across UK, EU, and international markets.

Associate Product Manager for Ohme’s mobile app team. Owns requirements, backlog prioritization, product discovery, roadmaps, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, prototyping, testing, and feature delivery. Uses customer research, dashboards, A/B tests, and product metrics to improve conversion, adoption, engagement, and quality. Collaborates closely with design, engineering, and stakeholders while developing fluency in mobile platforms, APIs, SQL, and OCPP.

Leads QA engineers across multiple teams and sets department-wide quality standards, tooling, automation strategy, and metrics. Owns AI-assisted and agentic testing adoption, governs quality processes, and promotes shared engineering accountability. The role requires hands-on API and backend test automation, modern testing frameworks, CI tooling, and early quality involvement in requirements and design. It also includes line management, cross-functional influence, KPI reporting, and coaching teams through process and tooling changes.

Owns the architecture, development, and scaling of data products, backend data services, ingestion engines, APIs, and infrastructure on AWS and Snowflake. Collaborates with engineering and data teams, automates infrastructure using AWS CDK, optimizes reliability and latency, and ensures data quality through testing and validation. The role applies a product mindset to customer-facing and internal data services within an EV charging and smart energy platform.

Resolve customer queries through phone, email, and potentially live chat; proactively assist customers who are delayed during the EV charger installation journey; develop expertise in installation processes and installer needs; meet productivity and quality KPIs; and contribute positively to team improvement and company growth.

Own Ohme’s end-to-end EV charger connectivity across cellular IoT, WiFi, and Bluetooth. Manage telecom and SIM providers, connectivity hardware, cloud integrations, operational reporting, fleet telemetry, incidents, and reliability improvements. Diagnose issues across devices, networks, firmware, and cloud platforms while coordinating Product, Hardware, Software, Operations, Customer Support, and external partners.

Own the FP&A agenda, budgeting, resource planning, KPI monitoring, and financial systems improvements. Partner with leadership on strategic decisions, commercial initiatives, and cross-functional projects. Produce board-level presentations, dashboards, and strategy documents, while leading financial, market, and industry analysis across the energy and EV sectors. Advise the Chief of Staff and senior stakeholders in a fast-growing, ambiguous environment.

Support budgeting, resource planning, FP&A improvements, KPI tracking, executive reporting, and strategic decision-making. The role develops financial analyses, dashboards, presentations, and strategy documents while conducting market and industry analysis across the energy and EV sectors. It partners with stakeholders, tracks business performance, flags risks, and supports cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth environment.
